Assemblymember Robert Rivas Votes to Advance AB 1400 to Continue the Discussion on Better Care

For immediate release:

Sacramento, CA— Following his vote in the Assembly Committee on Health to move AB 1400 forward, Assemblymember Robert Rivas released the subsequent statement:

“Residents of California, and the United States as a whole, pay more for health care to get worse results than almost anyone else in the developed world. Too many Californians lack access to the quality care they so desperately need. Better care is always worthy of debate – I look forward to continued discussions on this critical issue.”
